As lead singer of The Isley Brothers, Ronald Isley has been recording music for close to five decades, breaking in 1959 with their hit "Shout." Working closely with longtime admirer R. Kelly and appearing on tracks with Ja Rule, Warren G and Swizz Beatz, Biggs was able to appeal to fans of all ages in the present day.
You may know him as "Mr. Biggs" from R Kelly's videos, he's also done lots of acting in the recent years...but check out how Ron Isley could move back in 1959...he was only 18 years old

Obey endorses Obama
Shepard Fairey will be releasing an Obama screenprint Poster limited to 350 on January 30th. Here is his endorsement blurp from his Obama page on the Obey Giant website:
"I believe with great conviction that Barack Obama should be the next President. I have been paying close attention to him since the Democratic convention in 2004. I feel that he is more a statesman than a politician. He was against the war when it was an unpopular position (and Hillary was for the war at that time), Obama is for energy and environmental conservation. He is for healthcare reform. Check him out for yourself www.barackobama.com. Proceeds from this print go to produce prints for a large statewide poster campaign. Thanks." -Shepard

Air Mail!!
Remeber earlier this year when Steve Jobs introduced the new MacBook Air he pulled it out of a normal standard manila envelope to show how thin it really was?!?!
Well now you can buy one of these envelopes...
Well now you can buy one of these envelopes...
You could always buy standard manila envelopes....this one is handmade out of durable upholstery-grade vinyl, and lined with fuzzy, soft fleece. All AirMail sleeves have the same dimensions as standard interoffice manila envelopes, which will serve to remind you -- and everyone around you -- that your new MacBook Air really is the thinnest laptop in the world!

Lets get this party started!
A track by M.I.A.
Not too well known here in the US, but she's been on the seen in Europe for a bit!
At first glance she seems a bit too pop, but after reading a bit about her background, where she comes from and what she stands for...i have to say there's something about her that is intriguing.
Check her out here in this clip where she sampled the Clash's "Straight to Hell"!
Gotta love the chorus!!!
